Job Title: Customer Success Executive – US Payroll
Location: Remote (6pm to 3am IST)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Executive to support our
US payroll clients through seamless onboarding, data setup, and post-implementation support.
The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills, analytical ability, and hands-on
experience in US payroll processes to ensure every client has a smooth and accurate payroll
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage client onboarding processes — from requirement gathering to workflow setup
— ensuring timely and accurate implementation of payroll solutions.
● Collect, validate, and reconcile payroll data, ensuring compliance with US payroll
standards and accuracy in every cycle.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, and Compliance) to ensure all
client needs are met within timelines.
● Support system configuration and integrations, working closely with internal technical
teams.
● Stay current on US payroll compliance requirements and contribute to continuous
process improvement.
● Assist in preparing training materials and conducting sessions for clients on payroll tools
and features.
● Track and report client feedback, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery
and operational efficienc
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Educational Background: B.Com / MBA preferred
● Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, payroll operations, or
client onboarding — US payroll experience is mandatory.
● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills — non-negotiable.
● Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel, with the ability to
interpret and present payroll insights clearly.
● Client Management: Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts and coordinate
effectively across teams.
