Job Summary: We are expanding our talent acquisition capabilities and are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging top-tier talent in the US market, primarily through LinkedIn and other online sourcing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to proactively identify, connect with, and pipeline qualified candidates for open roles in the US.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions across departments.
  • Craft engaging outreach messages and job descriptions to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Track outreach efforts, candidate progress, and pipeline metrics.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
  • Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing best practices in the US region.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting for the US market, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of engaging and converting passive candidates using a variety of sourcing methods.
  • Strong command of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with US employment norms, job functions, and compensation trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Experience with ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Nice to Have
  • Prior experience recruiting for tech, or professional services sectors.
  • Exposure to full-cycle recruiting or talent research.

Certifications in sourcing/recruiting (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter
